How do the fees work?

You're free to post a job, browse through listings, and watch videos of active job-seekers on our platform.

When you're ready to hire a candidate, you can choose between two options: direct hire or trial candidate.

Direct hire is best if you're ready to take on a candidate permanently. If you only want to hire a candidate for a set period of time, trialling a candidate is your best choice as we handle payroll, insurances and workers compensation while they are with you.

For direct hires, there is a one time fee of $199 + GST invoiced 7 days after they start. On the other hand, trial candidates are charged at their hourly rate + 12% + (on costs).

Your very first direct hire is free! After two weeks, you can also take a trial candidate as a permanent employee with no additional fees.
